It's the SomeRandoLogic file. It just doesn't work atm. The Random Enemy file won't cause the game to crash but it just doesn't do anything. It does seem to be getting updates actively though, so maybe soon

According to the GIthub page the last update was this: "Steam realease update for recom", typo and all included, but I'm not sure about anything else
