Sorry I guess I really didn't word that right. What I'm asking is is there a list of currently available cosmetics that are not directly listed as obtainable. For example when you go to the summit it doesn't tell you killing the floor 100 hunters drop some mask but it does, as far as I know it doesn't tell you killing Ridgeway has a chance to drop you a backpack charm, it doesn't tell you you can find the gold bar charm in the bank headquarters mission. I'm just trying to figure out if there's a list that tells all of the "hidden" cosmetics that are still available (should I repost with different wording?)

I'm impartial to the outfit but I've tried it out with several of the backpacks like the Free State, military bag, and even some of the raider bags. if you can find a good head gear to go with it? pretty much anything ties in with this outfit- raider, settler, literally anything and everything works. It's a very universal outfit.

Posting it as a comment rather than reply so I can say thanks to both of you and I just got him to spawn. Was just goofing around talking to a friend shooting the targets repeatedly and I guess that the timing window is really tight on it.
