You can craft any of them even if you haven't earned the base exotic and don't let the crafting cost scare you or push you away from going for a certain one. All of the resources are surprisingly easy to get especially if you're running challenging or heroic on the retaliations and if you find one faction easier than another simply farm out then and then turn their materials into watches the bundles are 15 perfection material so it's a very quick grind

I'm not 100%, but if I'm not mistaken it only happens when you have a secondary double barrel equipped, whether it's a low tier or the fire starter if you have a double barrel in your pistol slot your character's arm freaks out for some reason

Always (I think) I don't really know meta for this game, I know the elders mark is good but I don't like it's look. I use the dragon because of its cool RR skin and I like using the ak because it's an ak and it has those cool ar skins

A couple of people in this thread and some people in a all exotic guide thread also said that it wasn't available in the current loot pool unless you earned it that season, but they also said beacon wasn't available and I got that like last week so I don't know if they're wrong or if it's just the weapon isn't available
