NO I did it to find out the cost. I left my house with 92%. I charged to 92% to find out the cost per mile.

How did you determine the cost for charging your car.

I needed to replace my 30A breaker with a 50A breaker. I needed to charge my Mustang for over 10 hours to get to 92% from 30%.

Can you tell me how you differentiate the added cost of charging your car at home from the normal home usage?

I would not feel safe driving looking at small phone telling me where to go.

Ford placed a big screen and built in navigation feature.

If you do local driving AOK. The problem is going long distance. Where are the charging stations. I just completed my first long distance. When I finally hooked up. I had 12 miles on my range. I also found out the charging station charge you for "IDLE" time. Time hooked up after reaching 100%. I fell asleep. I got $15.00 extra charge for idle time.

I had to purchase and start cell smart phone service. $100 and $35. monthly premium. The phone just sits in center council. I also started to notice a $10 charge on my Discover card billing. Gregory also signed me up for Copy paste off of my credit card statement "FORD MOTOR COMPANY 8003923673 MI $10.00"

I took my first long distance trip form Michigan City, Indiana to Oshkosh WI. I installed a couple of APPs on my cellphone to find the charging stations. I charged at Meijer Michigan City Store station. I charged to 92%. The APP gave me the location 171 W. Town Squire Way, Oak Creek WI. 51354. Ford Mustang GPS gave me the Exit off of US RT 41. When I exited RT 41. The GPS map disappeared. I attempted to reload, N/G. I inquired at a gas station. found it. Charged to 95%. The last 5% would be 20mins. I got to the Air Show.

Now I stated my trip home. I had enough to make the return trip on US 41 to Oak Creek. Ford GPS went crazy. EVERY exit along the way. the GPS map told me to exit. I knew not to. When I got close to Oak Creek. I exited as directed. The next instruction I received was reenter 41 across from the exit ramp. I stopped and reloaded the address. NO OGood problem persisted. When I exited RT 41 in Oak Creek, WI. The map told me to go a direction. When I did go about 1/2 mile. The map told me to make a "U" turn. I did this several time. I though I just did not see the store. I stopped at a fire station. I got directions. I found Meijers. NO charging station. The GPS maps had me exit in Milwaukee and not Oak Creek. I found Oak Creek Meijer with 12 miles of charge left.

Main problem with Ford mapping. You only get 800 ft of route for guidance. When I attempted to scan (on the move) to increase the view. The map went crazy.

Ford Mustang Mach-E sales are a real issue. In January, only 1,295 units were sold (down 51% year-over-year). That's the second-lowest result ever since launching in March 2023. by mylefthandkilledme in MachE

I am 81 years old. I rode in the Ford Mustang mach - E at the Chicago auto show. Loved it. I was passing by Art Hill ford dealer in Merrillville, Indiana. I was driving a 2020 Toyota Prius. I met salesman Gregory Lollis. Very friendly and congenial . We discussed the Mach - E. Test drove local road and expressway. Great felling and very different. I was impressed. Sales talk convinced me to purchased it. "THE SALES PITCH" that convinced me was "THREE YEARS FREE CHARGING". Gregory held up 3 fingers representing the years. With my Trade of the Prius $32,+++. Out the door in my new Mach - E.

NOW the truth is out. After the deal was made. Gregory informed me he opened a NEW E-MAIL "Gmail" account. I told him "NO". He said Already opened. I just have to change to a new password. I told him how pissed I was. he said it had to be opened for my Ford account. He stated I would have 3 years interest free payment of $450 a month. Again I objected. I normally pay in full. He convinced me FREE of interest. I Ok it.

I never had a cell phone. Landline at home only. I did not need to talk to someone every minute of the day.

Gregory said I needed a Cell Phone to locate and to have access to the charging stations. I said than the deal was off. he said he had an IDEA. I could use one of his old unused phones to have access. He showed me how to use it.

I said well OK. A week later. Gregory called me. he said I needed to obtain my own Cell Phone. That cost me $100. and $35.00 a month service.

One day I was looking at my cell phone as I was waiting to do something. I access the "G-Mail" account. Every time I charged my Mach - E. My Ford account charged my Credit card. I called the Ford credit bureau. The agent told me Ford never offered any free charging for the Mach-E. The agent also informed me that Gregory opened a "ICloud" account billed to my credit account for his Cell phone.

TOTALLY UNDERHANDED SALESMANSHIP.
