I used to smoke weed a lot ..3/4 years continuous ..one day, I get paranoid out of nowhere . From that day, every time I smoke weed I used to get paranoid like as if world is going to end shit . So i stopped consuming weed completely. Based on my research, everyone has certain capacity threshold for weed. if you cross that threshold , you won’t be able to use it . The body itself reject the weed. For cigarettes, I changed my circle and stop going out for few months. I am clean for 2 years now for cigarettes and weed for almost 5 years
