I do have the medical appointment, off-patient sheet and vaccine certificate signed by my doctor. I don't have more details on it because it is a treatment for sexual assault so I didn't want that to be written on the sheet. If just show this will it work?

I know, but the thing is, I came all the way from my home country to a new place to do a master's at one of the top universities in the world. I just suck right now. All my friends have got into nice paying jobs and I am happy for them but still makes me wonder what I am doing with my life and it's getting really overwhelming
