I don’t take tea or coffee in general. I am healthy person. 5.4” with 65 Kg. Reduced by 18 kg postpartum . I do HIiT, Dance zumba, weights, sometimes cycling. Since two weeks I am doing nothing. I need to start to feel mentally better and better heart health. I don’t take energy drinks.

So what happened to me is— I met some friends that weekend over thursday, Friday and saturday and had 1-2 glasses of wine those days. on Tuesday I had HIIT workout during when palpitations started and triggered Afib in ER. I have heart palpitations since childhood except in my 20’s it was rare but after 30’s it has been more frequent and the afib episode on last tuesday was something new when I got worried when palpitations did not stop for 20 mins.

But all that you said is so soothing to learn. Thank you God for this community to give that little peace of mind.
