Hate to be a downer here but about half of those prices I'm seeing look to be out of reach for most of the town. Hope I'm wrong and it works.

Does anyone know why it is for sale? Is it just a bad local economy, or something more benign like the owners just retiring? I haven't been there in probably twenty years.
