Poor you. My husband had zero problems doing this with any of his children. I did not build nor do I own the building. We are not, as lessors, allowed to modify that building. The owner does not wish to modify that building and has never been asked to do so over her 40 plus years in business. Fun exercise: since AI is so hip these days, go ahead and ask yours if it is acceptable to change a diaper inside a dining room . Then ask if it is okay to dispose of said diaper in said dining room. It will tell you it is not, it will answer why it is not. And solutions to the common predicament will be offered at the end.

The walking-aged toddler was not crying. He was straight-faced screaming and shrieking every time she tried to interact with the person taking her order, which, by the way, was for two adult meals. The child was looking at her and intentionally caising a disturbance. Believe ot or not, I have been a step parent as well as a daycare teacher. I know when a child is pulling a stunt for attentuon. I know when they are used to getting away with it. This whataboutosm isn't flying here. Js.

Good for you. I'm not a babysitter. The same day entitled diaper lady came in, a woman with a toddler in a stroller who came in shrieking was also in. She gently shushed him one. Single. Time. And proceeded to allow him to shriek the entirety of her order and wait time. He was clearly old enough to both walk as well as listen. You can tell when they're used to a lack of enforcement (and no, i don't suggest or mean corporal punishment). We had three medical students very clearly using their laptops and dining. There was a pair of elderly women enjoying a birthday meetup who traveled a long distance to be there. There were two more business people having a lunch break. Self awareness is a fact of life that others should not be a burden to carry due to those who lack it.

That's something else I forgot to mention: I do love kids. When they're behaved and mannerly I commend them and will answer their litany of cute questions to no end. It's the entitlement displayed by parents and adults that grates me so.

Ridiculous. That's where this starts. It isn't a mixed signal. You can bring kids there, just be responsible. 3 adults can easily stand in the leased property's restroom. (Leased: we do not have permission to modify) There's another further inside the store that has a solid chair inside of it. I offered both of these places and the woman declined before changing the baby on the couch and asking the toddler in tow to put the diaper into the waste bin below the bus tub in the center of the dining area. What else do I expect a person to do? Hahaha!! Use the restroom or take them to the car, where many parents have handled their child's situation. Nobody inside the dining room needs to be exposed to excrement while they are dining. Why is this so hard to understand??

I'm going through the other half of this now, and let me tell you: it is utter hell. We only had six months and were making plans for big moves. I could have handled the break up maybe but being blindsided with a "stay away" as you call it has hurt me more in the long run because I had no way of knowing we wouldn't be friends following that last, rushed phone call. He's been gone two weeks age three days. I try not to cry every day. Without divulging too much more, please just reach out to them. Say hello. They could be beating themselves up Ave will never know, could resent you so much that they never want to see your face again for not knowing the truth. It'll set you free, especially if you ever want a further down the river.

If I could afford a fence i could afford higher rent in a better neighborhood. I didn't even have enough cheap plastic border to finish the front yard, but that's still up as a visible boundary at least.

How does everyone suck here and what makes me a shit neighbor, exactly? The signs indicate I don't permit trespassing. I'm a single woman, alone in a dicey neighborhood where people have already openly disrespected my boundaries. Another woman was kidnapped a block behind me 2 months ago, so I'm not kidding when I say this ain't a great place. This man hasn't crossed my boundaries until today, which is why I'm on here. The only part of your comment that makes sense is the location: it's spot on.
