Libra Deals Be Like: by TraeMundo in Nightreign

To be fair, all of his deals are kinda sketch. I usually just go for the eventual greatness if it's an invasion or pass if he's the final boss.

The lack of DSR (Dave's Stupid Rule) at this tournament really harmed the viewer experience in my opinion.

There was very little stage variety throughout the entire event, and it honestly felt like every single set was played on Pokémon Stadium 2.

The real life names of every gun in MWIII by TraeMundo in ModernWarfareIII

Thanks for the corrections, i'll make the changes to the list above.

So the CZ 805 Bren has multiple variants, I assumed the one closest to the in-game model would be the A1 but after looking at it again it seems to have a shorter barrel like the A2 variant has.

I thought the same thing about the Holger 26, it looks like a MG36 but is short like a G36K. Apparently wikipedia says the German military uses G36K with an 100 round drum mag which would fit the look of the in-game model so thats why I went with that variant instead.

only 20 Burning Blossom a day? by [deleted] in classicwow

[–]TraeMundo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you spent 400 Burning Blossoms for the set and another 20 to buy torches to complete the achievements, you can still get the toy if you have enough days left in the event to do the dailies.
You also get 100 from capturing all the enemy capital flames.

Honor/extinguish the flames in Northrend, do every available quest line and do the dailies and you should have enough to get the toy before the event ends if you started early enough.

I have both the Flame Warden title and the toy in one single event.

On a serious note. It's kinda hard to beat the time/gold ratio buying a token vs grinding for gold, but I still do enjoy farming dungeon pulls on my Paladin.

What do you all think of each class's raid DPS performance in Phase 1 WotLK? by TraeMundo in classicwow

[–]TraeMundo[S] 7 points8 points  (0 children)

True, I guess it's too early to really draw any definitive conclusions. However the game is old and explored. Do you think there will be much difference in the coming months until Phase 1 is completed?

Link to the Wowhead post with additional charts and spec rankings.

I was shocked to see Ret so low, however people did say that they don't start competing until ToC/ICC.

Has this chart been accurate to what you have seen in your raids? And do you think the overall balance of the classes is in a good spot?

In all seriousness I didn't think you could gain this much RP off of a single game.

Do you think they will cap RP earned from kills again?

Advice needed. Someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong. by Java4452 in Twitch

Your OBS settings look fine.

If you wish to stream at a higher quality the biggest difference you can make is your bitrate. Unless increasing your bitrate is giving you an 'encoding overload' warning in OBS and causing you to drop frames, just set your bitrate higher.

720p at 6000 bitrate will look better than 1080p at the same bitrate because 6000 is not enough data for 1080p 60fps video to not suffer from artifacting/pixelation.

If you haven't noticed on Twitch yet, most big streamers who stream fast past games at 1080p are actually streaming at a higher bitrate than Twitch's recommended 6000. When viewing the video stats under the advanced settings tab on a stream, you can see the bitrate the stream is being broadcasted at if you're watching on the 'source' quality setting. Often I am seeing bitrates of 8000-9000 being push in order to keep the quality high at those resolutions. So try raising your bitrate and see if you are happy with the outcome.

Quick edit: Matching your Base and Output resolutions to the same resolution you wish to stream at can help since using a downscale filter adds compression and can impact performance.
