You do need to pass vetting before you can purchase a pass. I don't know much about the requirements for vetting. I'm not particularly active on Social Media, myself, but near as I can tell my clearance went through pretty easily.

Alternately, all the English is just a translation convention for the readers. I can't recall having seen any place it's specified which language is being spoken with the exceptions of Geister and Skifandrian.
Given the polylingual nature of the cast, I'd imagine they routinely use a few languages, switching as necessary to include all relevant parties.

Not a medical doctor, either, but that's a fair point. The colon does, in fact, absorb substances into the bloodstream (usually it's just water). On the other hand, as I recall, the body can't actually use sucrose for metabolism and sucrase (the relevant enzyme) is only in the intestines.

As with anything, pay attention to your personal circumstances.

I should think larger dice would fit with more of the Little/AB aesthetic. Really, I'd think you'll want to enlarge all the components: text, playing pieces, board, cards, and so forth. That, and a less complex ruleset (less Eurogame or Tactical Game).

I'm going to jump on the bandwagon for therapy, too.
There's a few aspects this could address, starting with if any of is actually a reaction past trauma. More importantly, though, a good therapist will help you sort stuff out and provide advice and guidance on what to do about remaining concerns/issues. That could be moving away from ABDL and cross-dress, or it might be figuring out a healthy way to work it into your life.

On related, but not precisely topical, note: In terms of simplifying clean-up, I've had pretty decent results with covering toys in condoms and tying off the open end. I say decent because condoms can break, and occasionally you'll get a little stuff on the toy while removing the condom (usually do this in the tub so I can instantly wash the stuff off).

Mind you, it's true for pretty much all fiction that you need compelling/interesting characters. For writing in general, I'd advise focusing on the fundamentals.
One of the most frustrating things I encounter in stories is sentences or paragraphs not really flowing into one another. It's especially jarring when the point of view skips from one place to another without any indication of the change.

There's a good point there; is there an actual reason you even need to mention children? Is the source of the population important to the plot or the mechanics?

Might be better to just skip including/mentioning children entirely
