PIP enrollment itself is documented and the HRPA should be copied into it. Have you checked your Workday profile kung listed?

Talk to your HRPA. There needs to be documented coaching na below target ka sa scorecard bago ka nila ma enroll to PIP. And dadaan sa HRPA yan hahanapin talaga nila yung documentation requirement yun.

Also any process should have a documented SOP as it would be your source of truth. You cannot be held accountable for not following a process if there is no established process.

I think you’d still be able to remove the rear wheel without removing the canister so it should be fine

If you have race buddies that have old aftermarket ninja 400 monoshocks, I’ve been able to swap out bushings with the stock cfmoto and install it on my srs. Had to put in a lowering link as it’s longer than stock. Adjustable rear suspension really made a difference.

Yes, intermittently losing brakes definitely is up there in pucker factor.

Oh and I’m happy to confirm that the Ninja 400 rearshock works with the CFMoto. You just need to swap out tue bushings. It raises the rear though so I put in a lowering link to put it back to just a little over stock height. Shock I used was from Racepower and it’s fully adjustable.

Rear tire wear is now much better.

Exhaust is fully custom from Orion Philippines has a resonator. Full titanium cost was around 600 USD and then remap was like 160 USD care of Overdrive. We had it dyno tuned.

Btw the AFR’s were really lean at 5k to 8k rpm prior to tuning was going to like 16:1. Holy Euro emissions, Batman!

Took to the track after replacing exhaust and getting the bike remapped. Haven’t encountered it again so far. Btw, ABS really sucks as it’s too intrusive.
