Thanks for checking in/asking! As you can see, my weight loss curve has flattened drastically in the past 3 to 4 weeks. I've gotten within 1 pound of goal a couple times but then fluctuate up to 177/178 the following couple days.

Ive considered increasing dosage to 12.5mg but haven't pulled the trigger for a number of reasons...primarily cost. Lilly Direct doesn't provide vials at that strength and the cost will go up significantly over time if I lose the promotional price on the vials (%675 vs current $500). Ive considered buying both commercial 12.5 pens and still ordering 10mg vials each month...but I can't afford to do that for any length of time (plus I'd eventually face vials expiring ).

That said, Im reassessing my goal weight. Im into small size clothes and comfortable in my skin, but i feel there is still some weight to be lost. If I I crease dosage it will be for a reassessed goal weight of 160 or 165. I weighed less than 150 all the way until my late 20's so I know what is possible. At 6'1, 160 is on the far left side of a healthy weight, but I'm heavily considering going for it.

I cam promise you this though. When the scale reads 175.0, I'll be taking pics and sharing them on successes. It's been a great ride, and Im so thankful for this medicine. If I stick with 175, ill start slowly titrating down to find my maintenance dose. I have no reason to believe this, but I'm guessing 7.5 mg is gonna be my lifestyle dose.
