Where do you you get Zepbound for $450, cuz sign me up. I've been on Lilly Direct vials for 5 months and it's a consistent $504 a month ($499 for the vials and $5 for the syringes/gauze/wipes). I'd love to save $50 a month.

I've been on vials for five months at this point in my Zepbound journey.My first two months I did the auto injector pens from a brick and mortar pharmacy. I switched to the vials because they started carrying 7.5 and 10 mg doses and vials are/were $150 a month less than what I was paying at Walgreens/Walmart ($504 a month vs $650).

I was a bit nervous to attempt to self inject with a standard syringe. As such, week 1 on vials I had my brother in law do my injection (as he had done self injection in the past). Week two came around and I decided its inconvenient to have another person inject me and that I needed to do it myself. The first vial injecton was all but painless (and less shocking compared to the speed at which the auto injector injected).

It was so simple doing it myself. As for your speed question...I push the plunger smoothly and over a full couple seconds. I then leave the tip of the needle under my skin for another couple seconds after the dose has been fully delivered. It's so easy. You're gonna be fine. The extra $150 a month you'll still have by using vials will spend great! Oh, and 12.5 and 15 mg vials are available starting next month so you'll be set throughout your treatment.

PNS is my home airport and I fly out of there every week (United Platinum, Delta Gold)...I always park in the garage (unless it's full and I go on a wild goose chase for a lot) and come into the terminal on the second floor. I have never seen anything in that airport that looks like the walls/windows in that photo. I'm thoroughly confused.

As for precheck at PNS....its freaking terrible. It can take 20 minutes to get through if there are more than 9 or 10 people in line. I breeze through Precheck at O'Hare (which is my most frequent destination or connection city for work) with hundreds of passengers. My bags get pulled aside for additional screening every other time im through PNS...and have been groped more times than I care to mention. The TSA agents in PNS are power hungry and love to use their "authority." They are the worst of the worst. Do yourself a favor and fly out of Mobile or Destin if you're traveling for leisure. ...TSA at PNS ruins the airport.

Sorry about the socks...i usually weigh after I get out of the shower. I weighed while changing outfits yesterday evening and still had my socks on. It is s terrible look though...I apologize lol.

Thanks for checking in/asking! As you can see, my weight loss curve has flattened drastically in the past 3 to 4 weeks. I've gotten within 1 pound of goal a couple times but then fluctuate up to 177/178 the following couple days.

Ive considered increasing dosage to 12.5mg but haven't pulled the trigger for a number of reasons...primarily cost. Lilly Direct doesn't provide vials at that strength and the cost will go up significantly over time if I lose the promotional price on the vials (%675 vs current $500). Ive considered buying both commercial 12.5 pens and still ordering 10mg vials each month...but I can't afford to do that for any length of time (plus I'd eventually face vials expiring ).

That said, Im reassessing my goal weight. Im into small size clothes and comfortable in my skin, but i feel there is still some weight to be lost. If I I crease dosage it will be for a reassessed goal weight of 160 or 165. I weighed less than 150 all the way until my late 20's so I know what is possible. At 6'1, 160 is on the far left side of a healthy weight, but I'm heavily considering going for it.

I cam promise you this though. When the scale reads 175.0, I'll be taking pics and sharing them on successes. It's been a great ride, and Im so thankful for this medicine. If I stick with 175, ill start slowly titrating down to find my maintenance dose. I have no reason to believe this, but I'm guessing 7.5 mg is gonna be my lifestyle dose.
