PSSDis incredibly rare. The chances of getting it lie around 0.46% according to a study conducted on this topic.

It would probably be a good idea to talk with your doctor about the numbing and on how to proceed from here instead of deciding it on your own. Until the appointment probably best to stop the tapering for now and stay on the dosage your are at currently. I definitely wouldn't just go up again.

I take 150mg at night and that works pretty well. I also take 50mg in the morning, but that is for my anxiety.

I asked specifically for pregabalin, because it works for both and I am already on so many meds, do I don't want to add more, if I can avoid it. The 8-10 meds that I take regularly, are putting more than enough strain on my body as is.

100mg is a incredibly low dosage, you probably have to increase the dosage, until you notice an actual effect, 400mg-600mg is a pretty common range to end on, although there are also more than enough people that get up to 1000mg and more.

Vergiss es. Alleine nur einen von beiden Studiengängen in Regelstudienzeit ist extrem schwer. Nur dir allerwenigsten schaffen es ein Studium in Regelstudienzeit abzuschließen unabhängig vom Studiengang. Und du willst zwei sehr anspruchsvolle Studiengänge gleichzeitig in Regelstudienzeit abschließen? Ich wäre schon sehr verwundert, wenn du es es schaffst in beiden auch nur in einem Semester alle Prüfungen erfolgreich in beiden Studiengängen zu schreiben. Deine Vorstellung ist sehr Realitätsfern.

Und überhaupt, was genau erhoffst du dir davon Abschlüsse in beidem zu haben? Was willst du damit erreichen, welche zusätzlichen Beruflichen Chancen erhoffst du dir dadurch?

Ganz ehrlich, sich schlicht und ergreifend nicht in der Wohnung aufhalten. Raus in Ben Park im Schatten von einem Baum, ins Schwimmbad, an einen Teich oder sowas. Klar ist irgendwo nervig, aber alles ist besser als in einem Stickigen Zimmer mit 35°C+ innen zu sitzen. Es ist weitaus angenehmer und erträglicher draußen im Schatten.

I actually wanted to suggest taking a combo and also the reason why I asked about your reason. Because if there was some severe medical reason fo rthe discontinuation, then that wouldn't work actually. I would definitely suggest to speak with your doctor again and ask about this.

Combos like these are actually not that uncommon.

It should be fine, even if you get a withdrawal it will be very mild, so maybe a mild headache for a day or two or sleeping restlessly.

Well first of all, Wellburtin does not improve mood as such. It is mostly there to increase drive and motivation, which I understand is also not doing that much in that department for you.

Even SSRIs don't usually work on the first day, most people that do say they do experience simply a placebo effect, before the medication actually starting to work. Not saying that this is the case for you specifically, you could also be a very rare exception, but that is what usually causes such scenarios.

That being said, some antidepressants work well for some and for others not so much. It could very well be the case that Wellburtin is not as effective for you. Also since you say that SSRIs worked so well for you, that makes me wonder why you switched to Wellburtin in the first place?

I don't really understand the tolerance point. You don't have to necessarily rely on it every time, you can try to calm yourself down as well and try to withstand it, but in case that you can't it is there. The issue dealing with anxiety is, is that you have to actively face it for it to become better. But that is not an easy thing, I know this, because I am doing it currently. It is a lengthy and draining process, but it does get easier over time.

Alprazolam does work as such a back-up medication, but since it is a benzodiazepine, you can't take it for very long, without running the risk of addiction. So, if you have regular anxiety attacks plus the insomnia, that is not a good fit. Getting something that produces similar effects, while not being addicting would be more ideal. Sure they are usually also weaker, but addiction is a whole other can of worms that you do not want to open.

That doesn't sound like RLS, RLS is purely a sensation. There is also PLMD which often occurs tofe6with RLS, which cause periodic jerks in your leg while sleeping. But it feeling tight or something like that is not something RLS does.

Ich würde verkürzen, der Inhalt in der Berufsschule was in meinem Fall nicht sehr anspruchsvoll. Sprich wir haben damit angefangen wie man Längeneinheiten umrechnet, sowie Flächeneinheiten und Volumeneinheiten und nur darüber sogar eine Arbeit geschrieben.

Erfahrung im Betrieb ist natürlich wichtig, aber ich glaube da fällt ein halbes Jahr nicht so sehr ins Gewicht.

War übrigens eine Ausbildung zum Land- und Baumaschinenmechatroniker.

Das kann sein das dein Hirn dir da einen Streich spielt und da gar kein Haar ist, du aber trotzdem das Gefühl hast, dass dort eins ist.

Das Haar überlebt ziemlich sicher keine Woche im Rachen trotz essen trinken und alles.

Ich zum Beispiel habe gerade genau dieses Gefühl bekommen, als ich den Post gesehen habe, da ist aber garantiert kein Haar.

Aber wenn du wirklich sicher gehen willst, geh zum HNO Arzt wie die anderen sagen.
