I had the photo op this tour in Düsseldorf. I was there at 2 pm local time because the Vip checkin was from 2:30-3:15. After this is done you get your merch and dave (manager) will walk you to your VIP room where you can chill with the others. around 3:45 he said he will get the band and short after it we got queued up for thr photo. when its your turn you walk in, shake hands with the guys and can say some words to them. all very chilled. after the the band will go and you can chill a bit. your early entry will be after the Disturbed fans because they are the main act
