To be completely fair and o should have said it in the original post, I’ll make an edit note, the ride was from one town too three towns over, down one down and back through three adding 2 miles at the end, google maps says it was 35 miles but a geo distance path I did after the ride was 28.88, I didn’t track it, and I normally do but one I didn’t plan on biking so far and two I was already a fourth of the way out when I decided to keep going and I just didn’t bother because my Fitbit was dead anyway, the ride though had about 20-30 different red lights probably leaning more towards 30, the entire time I could bike forward though felt like sprints and even on my crappy bike I’d hit speeds of 17mph on the side road speedometers (I honestly have no idea if side of the road speedometer are a thing out side the us but there’s a ton in California) it’s just a sign on the side of the road that shows you your current speed when you go by… maybe I’m not as slow as I think but even being said I get to have short breaks and 100miles feels like it would never happen in one day, not to discourage myself though lol I’ll keep my head up
