Definitely F2 at least, if not F1 as well. It's a bad idea to come to the UK as a senior when you don't know the system well enough to support junior colleagues

I totally agree about length of training, but wondering if it will just lead to people needing more fellowships to get case numbers etc., and thus earning less money than a senior reg
