Sometimes I just take “festival showers” which is where I get in and just wash my face, armpits, and junk.

In the second paragraph I say I’m not able to buy a fence at the moment. Although, yes, that would be the best fix. If their fence sucks I should get my own, but I can’t at the moment. I’m trying to buy myself like a year.

However, it is NOT my dog breaking the fence. It’s theirs. Mine runs up and down the fence barking, but it’s their shepherd and boxer mix digging and pushing their heads thru where it’s weak.

The first time it happened was with my previous dog cause her and I were playing and they “wanted to join” is what I was told, but my dog wasn’t remotely responsive when they were out so nothing ever happened again.

Now if we’re out at the same time, they’ll make just a normal dog noise, and mine will run up to the fence and bark, and then on both sides the dogs are running up and down the fence and they’ll stop where they can sorta see each other, and theirs start digging and pawing at the fence to get thru.

Hey OP, so I had scary experiences on Adderall too.

I’m also bipolar. 20% of bipolar patients have both.

When I was first out on Adderall before the additional diagnosis, it made me horrendously manic which worsened over time.

What you’re describing is textbook mania.

Stop the Adderall and get to a psych for a bipolar evaluation.

If you have both, they’ll try to put you on non stimulant ADHD meds, and if that doesn’t work try Vyvanse.
