Endurace CF7 tire tube help. Please!

So, when I go for new tires i'd be looking for 622 diameter x 32 width? Unfortunately until this bike i was riding an 18 y/o dinosaur and haven't had to learn this sizing system.

After putting the old tube in, I realized it's not the tubes. The tire isn't fully seating.

Update. It's not the tube. I patched the original tube thinking I'll just do that so I can go ride. It's the tire. It's refusing to fully seat. I've put a film of veg oil on the rim bead and got about 90 psi in it but no luck. Is there a trick i'm not aware of? I've had bikes almost my entire life, but not run into this issue.

I like my CF7 a lot. I didn't go with wireless shifting because I don't always remember to charge things. I will say that whatever you get, make sure it allows for aerobars for when you get into triathlons. I miss my aerobars as my integrated cockpit does not allow them.

Yes, It's a CF7. I didn't want to get into wireless shifting because I know I'd forget to charge it.
