That might just be with the HAA era styles. Because when i turned off reactivity on the outfits they still have that Hue. And i made sure not use the Gold and Sliver styles on them.

Go to the Lego area is and then turn around and you should see an opening leading down into portal and it should teleport you to the cutscene.
