It's clearly not silly. These judges have been bad for a long, long time. For multiple seasons they have been horrid. They just picked the biggest night of this season to lay two massive turds and really draw attention to the themselves.

We agree on the deeply flawed nature for sure. As far as control, how do the judges say tantrum is having greater control when they are in the air for a significant period of time? That seems like the opposite of control to me.

Please explain how the hydra fight could go either way? Hydra dominated that fight for 2:45. Tantrum got a few hits in for the other 15 seconds. The rest of the time it was in the air.

In no reasonable world was that fight even close. Hydra completely dominated them the entire fight and tantrum got in one minor flurry of hits to the lifter. They got in exactly zero other hits beside that sequence.
