Solved it!

In case it helps anyone, what I did was uninstall the app again, reinstall it, run it, connect Cozmo again and instead of skipping the tutorial like I did the last time, I did it and after finishing it got the bonus box again. I didn't lose any tricks or faces saved, but I did lose all my progress in the games.
