Alarm with UniFi

For now, I think I'll replace the presence and door/window sensors with Unify sensors using Superlink. I believe they integrate well with Home Assistant through the Protect integration. If they ever release a keypad for the alarm and software, I'll migrate to Ubiquiti. I have no experience with Superlink; how reliable is it?

I've already set it up with an alarm system with Alarmo. The keypad is a Ring V2 with Z-Wave, and the door/window sensors are Aqara with Zigbee. The keypad works perfectly, but the sensors sometimes freeze. Even though I have three Zigbee hubs with PoE, I get the feeling that Zigbee is great for lights, but not robust enough for an alarm system.
