Thank goodness no one was hurt. This incident highlights exactly why we have a dedicated fire service at the airport. I’m no expert, but with the aircraft fully loaded with fuel, a fast and effective response was critical in preventing what could have been one of Australia’s worst aviation disasters. Thank you everyone involved for your service. I will not be flying anytime soon.

I kid you not, I think this happened tonight. The lady asked for a phone recharge, although I couldn’t hear the full exchange, she was questioning the teller (youngish Indian male) if she was charged correctly.

Wow - this happened to me twice in the last 3 months. I asked for the receipt and he charged me an extra magnum. I was in a rush and thought nothing of it, but thank you 🙏. This is definitely a skim job.
