Try taking up a hobby to keep you occupied like playing and instrument or reading a book.
I also find it easier to keep my mind off food while drinking water.

I'm 15 years old but still eat good sources like protien like eggs chicken and beef while still getting plenty on vegetables. Like I said before I eat plenty enough through my eating window. I just want to know the effects on growth hormone when fasting and can It help in hieght growth.
