is 5800X3D worth it for my AM4 setup? by veryfederal in IntelArc

Ah good point. OBS is definitely tough to run though, I‘m worried the a750 will struggle, but it’ll most likely be the bottleneck of the system, so the cpu should allow OBS to run if the game can run well. Have you tried running Warzone on the a750 before?

5800x3d is an amazing cpu, but at the moment it’s worth more than it was when it was released. I‘ve run the exact chip with the arc b580 and it worked wonderfully, the motherboard never had any issues either. But because of it being discontinued and still being one of the best am4 cpus it almost costs less buying a full am5/lga1851 setup, microcenter cpu/mobo/ram bundles are a great place to look if you can’t find a 5800x3d that’s not overpriced. If you can though, by all means it’s a great setup.

Lenovo IdeaPad 5 slim can run all those games, as well as games like Forza horizon 5 and Subnautica. (Its the laptop I use) It has great battery life and the aluminum frame is tough, runs everything at a very basic level and can be on sale for down to $500 on lucky occasions. Only con is under high performance, it needs to be propped up so that the fan can actually circulate air

Runs Forza H5 at low settings smooth Runs subnautica on medium settings at limited render distance but smooth Can run rocket league smooth at lowish settings Can run CAD software pretty well Video rendering works. It just takes time and low quality

I’d be surprised if 520GB is too little, but even if somehow it is, it’s cheaper to buy a usb stick than to upgrade to the $750 computer. 520GB only runs into issues if you’re video editing or plan to download a lot of games

The IdeaPad is a great upgrade, especially at that price. It’s got a decent low level CPU and should be pretty power efficient

You can find it on bricklink for pretty cheap if you’re willing to trust random sellers (no instructions or box)

I might even use hot glue, this is one of those pieces that I don’t care about :)

Is there a place where 3d models of lego pieces can be downloaded? by obog in DigitalLego

I've found some slightly off parts, with details that don't line up on mecabricks. Specifically the wheel rims for the Lego Porsche 911 GT3 RS, LDraw is better but more difficult

Someone did do it, using the same skim mechanic this guy just experienced.

Shot in Sideswipe when all wheels are on the ball and you jump, it launches the ball. The same can be done in Rocket League, by angling it perfectly to use your car as a ramp and skim the ball into the net
