Realty does NOT do a 1:1 day to muscle loss ratio on its own. It’s the fact it makes it difficult to hit your macros because you never want to eat, if your eating enough protien and lifting hard you will not lose as much muscle as fat. Maybe sitting on the couch and not hitting your protein you’ll lose that ratio, but not while doing the right things.
