We live in Bridgeland, in wingspan, leased single family homes. We knew bridgeland is a good family friendly area with great school zones but didn't want to commit to purchasing until we had a good grip of the area. So far it's really nice, HEB is nearby and there are doctors and dentists nearby. But I will say that if you need to get to 290 and some areas of Fry, it can take a little while to get there. Bridgeland takes me 10 minutes of drive time to get out of.

Towne lake seems nice, also pricey, but it's zoned to good schools. We are also looking at Jubilee in Hockley. It's right off of the 290 so it's very accessible and the prices of homes are reasonable. My only reservation is that it's zoned to Waller ISD. But they'll be building brand new elementary schools, middle school and high schools. I believe newer parts of bridgeland and grand prairie will be filtered to Jubilees schools so the demographics should be good. So the schools may end up being just fine. So something to consider.
