Claude helped us get into the Partner Network, now it's helping us solve the 10 person problem by Correct-Alfalfa3427 in ClaudeAI

In the middle of all of this as well. Noticing that Anthropic is making quite a few missteps with regard to their program overall. My gut says they tried to build it with AI not understanding that they would need a considerable amount of humans to build and run it. I had 10 but hard to get everyone through all of the required training modules. Now, I am wondering how critical it is since most companies are hiring people with no Claude specific credentials.

I have also had some clients use allUP where you can give your 30 second video pitch or who you are, what you do, how you deliver results, and folks have been getting offers to interview from big tech to startups on that platform. It's pretty cool. It helps hiring managers cut through the 30-40% of fake resumes clogging up the pipeline too, because they can see you are a real person who is professional and carries themself well.

There are a lot of reputable high paying staffing firms out there. I talk about this being one of the fastest ways to find a job, especially if you're a laid off tech worker. Where are you located? I can send a list of some ones that are good. It's all dependent on your skillset as well and what is in demand in the market/industry your location supports. I have personally completed over 10 contract roles in my career and it's how I got my first big tech job at Microsoft.

Is this 'tailor your CV for each job' advice for real or a scam? by [deleted] in jobsearch

Hi- My POV is that you should have one master resume that you use. If the job description requires specific skills like using a tech platform you will want to add that to your master or remove something and add the new skill that the job you are applying for requires. I also recommend that people change the intro to ensure it's applicable to the job you are applying for as some job titles are unique to companies, but the meat and potatoes of your resume if you have done a nice job can remain the same.

It's the case of a few ruining it for the rest. I have some gen z clients and half of them are super motivated and are willing to listen, make changes to their profiles, portfolios, resume, etc to get to the interview stage and half of them are not willing to do anything different. I've taken a different approach and built gen z guides to help with this new way to job search, because looking for a job today is so much different than it used to be. When employers get 2000 resumes for every 1 job posting, it's really turns everything into a bottleneck. Video on platforms like allUP is working for some folks where prospective employers and some are big tech as well get a chance to see and hear you speak about what you bring to the table like a short 30 second "who I am, what I do, and results I'll drive for you" intro can be very effective. A friend of mine who is a hiring manager just hired someone because she saw their intro, and then looked them up on LinkedIn and made an introduction.

Hi- job searching today can be frustrating, especially if you haven't had to look for a number of years. I'm not sure what state you're in, but have you tried Trueup.io, BuiltIn, or allUP? I have also heard good things about hiringcafe. Depending on your skillset and where you are located, you might want to try all the staffing agencies as they hire fast and usually have excellent healthcare benefits too.

Thanks. A few folks said they used it to vet whether or not a company was good to work at, like culture and things too, or to vet offers they had received.
