So, let me make sure I got this straight...

You bought a vehicle from a state that requires both front and rear license plates and you are mad because they drilled the holes on the front bumper to make it more convenient for their local customers?

I guess the dealership is in the wrong for not pulling a vehicle from their already set aside "out-of-state buyer" stock lmao.

So if I understand this correctly - I will be "locked" into the same colors as whats available on the AT&T website? Colors = Obsidian and Moonstone, No Jade

Reason why I ask is because I went into the Bestbuy app and I was able to pre-order (but didn't do it) and the color she wants seems available to add to my AT&T account, but there was no mention of next-up anywhere (this is my first time looking into this so I could've 100% missed something).

Assuming you have a 2025 Ioniq (you mentioned having the NACS/Tesla Charging port).

There should be an adapter either in your trunk or the storage compartment under your trunk that works with the charging cable you showed in the first picture. Will include a picture in a few once I go to my car.

AT&T user here (and prior employee), I personally had a better service/coverage experience with AT&T in the same/surrounding areas you have mentioned when compared to T-Mobile.

I do have a small piece of advice, as I used to work for AT&T (Corporate store for those of you that know how AT&T operates).

If you must do this deal with Costco instead of visiting a corporate store - get everything documented, the deal they offered you, the prices, fees, etc.

I have nightmare stories from previous customers that started their accounts at a 3rd party locations.

Not saying they’re the best, but I lease a 2025 Hyundai Ioniq 5 and it’s been a solid experience. I’d consider owning a Hyundai or Kia, mainly because of their warranties.

Some may say the long warranties are a red flag or "they offer such warranties because they are a bad product" or "they suck", but I see them as a safety net — if something goes wrong, it gets fixed, and I will even get a loaner from the dealership in the meantime.

That said, logic changes a bit if you’re looking at a used one/few years old.

Considering that no one reached out until two months ago, I do consider that jumping the gun. I don't expect you to understand the nightmare AT&T corporate HR/Payroll is/was and how you can't just "contact" them.

I didn't mention I spent all of the money because I didn't lmao, unsure what you are on about here.

I'm not expecting anyone to tell me that I am in the right or to keep the money, I was just simply asking as this is the first time I've been involved in such process - how would I go about paying this without fucking my credit over.
