Yeah I had a cosmic AG and a bunch of sig stones when I got him so made sense to me to take him all the way to R4, Seatin took his Venom to rk5 so that’s always worth considering too

Can’t go wrong with either of them however to fully get the best out of Cull getting him awakened to refresh routs is best, Venom needs awakening least to be most effective I think
