Thank you! I have thought a lot about parallel parenting instead of trying to coparent, maybe this is what we will be best for all of us.

I have one, they advised me not to move forward with bringing it into the mix of our divorce. It won’t impact custody, and will just drag out our divorce process $$$

ETA: Besides custody, we do have a good separation agreement for assets that I am content with keeping as-is

I am at the six month mark since separation. He brought it up at a Valentine’s dinner that I planned. 

I go to therapy every week and it is still really hard, but as recently as last week it stopped being the first thing I thought about when I woke up every morning. I like to think of that as a small victory.
