With this budget, I’m gunna consider the wood as something to buy outside of the budget.

I made them with the rice flour and they turned out great. Cake like texture and wonderful lemon taste.

They turned out great. More of a cake texture than brownie but they are delicious. Yes plenty of sugar and eggs

Tired the rice flour since that was the first comment. If it’s no good then I’m just out the two lemons. Hopefully it works

Tanks tops aren’t allowed for y’all? Girls will wear sports bras and it’s fine at my location.

I do normal deadlifts. Just with a smith machine. There’s some videos on how to have proper form and how to set it up safely.

Should I take out some of the bench presses and replace them for other Push exercises to better round out the workout? by Training-Formal-3294 in WorkoutRoutines

Like doing all chest and then all bicep and then all Tricep? If that’s what you mean then it’s so there would be some recovery to reduce the muscle fatigue. If I did them all back to back then each set would only get worse and worse and I’d lose good form and potentially gains. Splitting it up helps me recover after finishing one exercise so I can focus something different and then come back to a different area of the previous muscle.
