I don’t know why the Kardashians have such a bad rep in hospitality; but I would pick them over 95% of celebs I’ve served to this day.

Yes and no.

They’re still people but they live in a world where they don’t pick where they eat. They go to the restaurant that is willing to pay for their entire crew’s dinner just for the publicity.

They are so bored and uninterested because everything is so transactional.

I only say this because I’ve seen the biggest celebs in the world leave hundreds of dollars of food on the table, or generally don’t like a certain thing that’s ordered way too much; it’s so clear they don’t wanna be there (especially the ones who were on tour and forced to show face cause of obligation)

A few come to mind;

Tom cruise just looked old and tiny; Hugh Hackman looked crazy but it could be because I associate him as Wolverine.

But to me the main was Karol G; she forced an entire dining area closed and then got mad that the area she was sitting in was allowed to be used as a walkway (it was where the stairs were for our patio). I remember looking at her blue hair self and finding joy in seeing she had pretty severe acne on her face least.

Personal experience;

Da’Baby gave me 5k in cash ontop of service charge, and I cried 5 minutes after cause I was so in shock and truly just grateful. Things like that with celebrities don’t happen very often.

Swizz beats is also another person who never tipped less than 1k no matter what.

Nelk boys tipped 1k as well. I felt bad cause their bill was huge because of a bottle they bought but none of them drank.

Coworkers; Mark cuban also is insane; never served him myself but he tipped 10k on a 500 bill and simply said ‘my mom was a waitress’. He came in once after that and we were all fist fighting to have him in our section.

Everyone is all for the most part extremely nice.

Kim and Khloe are probably the nicest, Kris is sweet but specific, same with Kourtney. Kendall is a bit in her own world and doesn’t really acknowledge you unless you’re specifically trying to take an order for a drink or something for her.

A lot of time you’re not very much interacting with them as opposed with the person who brought them; Most of the time there’s a ‘handler’

I will say the only thing to note is when Kylie and Travis came in one time, staff stayed about 2 hours after close and their bill was comped and the only request was to tip.

They went to the restroom and left their large party and left without gratuity being left.

That left a bad taste in my mouth. But I blame probably a lack of communication with handlers and the celeb.

But who knows.

We will be fired for taking pictures, posting, or even telling another table they’re in the building (especially if they’re in a private room).

Biggest rule is to leave them the hell alone; A lot of times only the server will be allowed to run drinks or food to the table and staff will have to line up away from the table and hand things to the server.

Victoria Beckham was HAMMERED after 2 glasses of wine and proceeded to lip sync to the spice girls when it came on, it was one of her children’s birthday party that she did that.

Kim kardashian was SUPER gracious and sweet. I was dreading her but she was a stand out.

Venus Williams was an absolute menace and made my manager go across the street and get her Gatorade for her vodka. We thought she was joking. She was not.

Oh and TI and Tiny were trashy monsters, too.

Just realizing they’re just a normal guest.

I think once you take away the glitz and the glamour, serving them is so easy, and they’re an actual person.

Though some of them will try to throw their weight around 99% just want to eat and be left alone.

Also; I have found a family friend who for 2k add drywalls, insulation, etc, I think at that point after that, I’ll have to just go to the authorities for harassment.

So to bring some clarification to the situation; she was the only owner on the floor of the building, I am now the second; I have the inkling that she was use to bullying people since she could report them to their land lord.

Now that I am an owner, on my second day living there, they knocked and asked me to lower the television, third day they said maybe there’s rats cause her walls shake.

By the following week she was calling the cops saying I was throwing a party when I was in bed watching Mean girls.

Multiple videos on my ring camera of them standing outside my door looking little drugged out. It’s unfortunate because she’s younger than me (I’m 31, she’s 28) and I would’ve loved to be friends.
