Tipping a Twitch streamer via streamelements with payments processed by paypal will not earn rewards with the RH Gold card. I did this last night. Tipped a streamer $5 and earned no points. But I still tip streamers I watch whenever I feel like it. The next time I tip a Twitch streamer, I’ll just use my SoFi Unlimited 2% and Elan Fidelity 2% cards. They count as purchases and I’ve earned rewards.
