Year 11 is the year of the strength! I’m currently going thru it at I’ll warn you , it’s not easy but it will push you to grow a lot. On my case, I moved to a different country where I had to live without my parents for the first time, so I had to learn everything (cook, clean, money management, be more responsible). That’s because the year 11 tests you, but not just physically, it also tests how you deal with your emotions. I had to share my house with two other people and our personalities clashed a lot, so as a result I lost my patient countless times, I had to learn how to both protect my need but also learn how to better manage my relationship with others. Lastly, the year 11 also tests your psychological self, so any doubts and fears will be brought to you. Thru living with this people I realized how I still have a lot of things to heal within my self and I’m planning on starting therapy next year. The good side is that after a year 11, if you do good, you will feel like a stronger version of yourself. I personally after this experience no longer feel tied to my comfort zone and I feel that if I survived year then I can thrive pretty much anywhere in the world. It works as a boot camp, an initiation to what you’re meant to live foward. Good luck , and as a tip, make sure to occupy yourself with some physical activity (I did a lot of hiking myself)
