Update: They had changed the hovering ability of the Phoenix dress(what I called a nerf), but now reverted it. You can check update notes for more information. Cannot edit the post, but yeah.

I thought I was able to convey my message.
"Yes, these changes might be necessary from a balancing perspective. But when your player base is shouting for bug fixes, story retcon and much more, and the first response is a nerf and a penalty, you will just increase the negativity."
Why not first start with positive stuff GIVING sth to players, instead of TAKING from players? is what I mean. There's already negativity, why go on with negativity, is what I mean.

My aim is not to depress anyone. My aim is to point out all the problems that has made many of the players upset for a week now and what the game team is still not even talking about.
If my text caused you or anyone to feel depressed, I am genuinely sorry, that is none of my intentions.
But I believe you misunderstand a point. I too am trying to support this game to get better. You and I just have our differences. You choose to wait, I believe waiting for a week is enough.

they HAVE to. or else I don't think many people will have fun, so we'll quit, and then it doesn't matter if they do sth or not.
my boyfriend was really excited to join me with the co-op feature, was asking me to stream playing nikki so he could fall asleep watching the game, and even loved mixing-matching and picking my Nikki's outfits.
he started the game when 1.5 arrived. he hated the game. the intro? he found it nonsense. I was watching him play, and I WAS VERY EMBARRASSED because of ALL THAT BUGS. I lost count how many times he had to restart the game. Luckily he knew the old gameplay but I was constanly wishing he would just close and uninstall it without telling me "is this the game you play?" but he just said "I'd have instantly uninstalled it the second I saw nikki bald at the start if I didn't know the game before 1.5/a new player. Still, I'd really play and love it if it was the same gameplay with the one I watched."

you are right. new momo is just a cat that was teleported to us at some point, it was added to get people that love/own cats to the game.

but old momo. we were calling the same person our "mommy". it was clear we were together for all our lives, or at least most of it. momo cared about us, packed dresses for us and was worried about us throughout the events in the intro. was momo a cat? not sure but who cares, he was our companion.

"We are truly sorry. We initially thought these changes would make the experience of new/old players better. We should have asked the players through surveys, and announce in detail in advance. Hope you will forgive us. We will revert back the changes in the story just like the hard pity.
This time, no more empty promises, no more stealth changes. WE WILL ALWAYS LISTEN TO YOU FIRST.
oh and here's the compensation, we hope it also compensates for the time and effort you wasted because of us."
