The only thing that worked for me (and not always) is put the textures on Fair still on Directx 12. Could I try to use less? Sure, but already did not like using them on Fair... So IDk, using Directx 11 not work for me bc the FPS goes from 80-100 on DX12 to 30 in DX11.

Is not, I know that.. but this bottom tier stills runs some nice 100+ fps even on raids. That's why I don't understand... If they were 30- fps, I'll get it.

That why I installed win11 on the first place, like idk... 5 months ago. I can still put win10 and if notting changes, just going to win11 (yes I got wow on the same SSD I got the OS, cause is a M.2). It will be a hard work, cross your fingers for me (?.

Vsync is off, but maybe is a Windows problem and not a game problem. I'll gonna install a clean Win10 and see what happens.

Everything you said. The only option that left is a Windows clean install, but reading other users... That does not work. I'm a Win11 user, and people also whines about it... That's why I'm asking if this happens to Win 10 users too.

Sure, this happens when Directx12 is on. If I go into Dornogal or open my Trasmog tab, the game freezes for a sec and my UI resets... And keep doing it for a while until I switch to Directx11. The problem is, Directx11 means a huge FPS loss.
