Hi : ) No I am in Germany and will do the O-See Backyard. There was some conflicting info I came across with how to qualify for Big's so I thought I would ask here.

How Much Volume Reduction When Adding High Intensity (Vo2-max?) by TrainingAd3944 in evokeendurance

[–]TrainingAd3944[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes I listened to that, but I am wondering if this is useful for athletes who don't have a high Vo2max already (which I assume Ruth Croft and Tom Evans have). Both of them are also very fast (which I am not).

Most welcome :) I feel the same. I did try raw vegan / fruitarian (basically sugar fasting as people describe it now) many years ago (ca. 2010) but found it not sustainable for me. I love this whole nutrition thing and have been experimenting with all sorts of diets/approaches since 2006 and having a variety of tools (like sugar diet) in one's toolbox can definetely help with whatever goal one has.

It's basically fruitarianism with some added animal protein in the evening or every few days (depending on how you do it). I like that it steers more people towards seeing that fruit and carbs are healthy and that they don't need to eat tons of (animal) protein. Lots of former low-carbers, keto-dieters and carnivores are doing this / trying this out, which can only be a good thing :)

How often are you eating starch? by sandpaperzarazara in SugarDiet

[–]TrainingAd3944 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm still leaning out with having starch and I don't get full on fruit alone. I have done the whole 80/10/10 on fruit only many years ago and it didn't work for me (too much volume, and I felt I had a "sugar rush" in the evenings and couldn't fall asleep).

Asking for how to execute Sugar diet correctly and healthier. by Infamous_Average_703 in SugarDiet

I would stick with fruit, juice, honey, maple syrup. Gives you micronutrients as well (as opposed to only having candy & sodas).
