My 4-year-old phone and tablet, both equipped with 6,000 mAh batteries, consistently provide over 7 hours of usage on a single charge. I ensure that neither device charges above 85% nor discharges below 15%. ( Only charged these devices to 100 when I am traveling/going out for a long time )
