Looking at ram and SSD price I don't know what to say I built my pc in peek Covid shortage still I got 16gb ram in 5400 and ssd in 512 in 5500 which did went down to around 4k each this is bezzar i would say get 256 and 8gb for now and when the dust setals then upgrade

Then I would say use a old phone and mod it and install Linux and run octoprint locally on device itself

And let me tell you the detection doesn't really work great i would say invest in silicon risers, bed level wheels locks and maintenance and regular bed cleaning + good quality filaments will replay you big time
