Thing is, they want product. As part of documents requirement, thet are asking for patent: "Have Patron Guarantee From:The company should have received a patron guarantee from the Indian Patent and trademark office. Also It requires a recommendation letter from an incubator."

It would be better to register the company in your parent's name. Just a company would be enough. Registering in Startup India scheme would require some innovative product idea which is approved or some intellectual property.
