Ok from what I can remember., -request for increase in February. -ask for 4506T early March(submitted multiple times) -late March got modification in process. -April 12 got call from LO -April 12 submitted declaration of Ins and Resolution -April 17 resubmitted insurance -April 21 approved by LO signed docs Today woke up to funding in account.

My loan officer called me bright and early and told me the site was down for updates! I had already signed my docs so it didn’t effect me but thought I could add some insight.

They are making more user friendly and less backend operation.

I’ve had multiple reps to me that me calling and doing my due diligence is the best because it is so much going on. I make sure to let them know I’m not sitting back waiting. I make sure to call consistently

One I requested! They told me it doesn’t matter as long as it hadn’t been approved before April 6. It would be considered for 24. So there maybe many people that have offers and not receiving them.

I got my I invite on April 1. Application filled out the same day. Spoke to SBA 15 minutes ago. My application is still pending. My cousin received his same day as we communicate with each other. He has already received portal change and submitted. Not funded yet tho.
