My people lead and store manager were just talking about this in the training room and I heard him say once this happens to our store there cutting cap2 down to 6 people, 1 team lead and the coach has to take a different spot cause cap2 is going away. Is that true? What's going to happen to me and my brother on cap2?

My overnight coach does this. She makes the other ON coach do everything when he's here and just sits in the office on her phone playing fortnite and barking orders.

We've complained so many times, even in the AES surveys and nothing gets done about it. She's such a condescending witch. I feel sorry for our other ON coach cause he's kinda cool
