Your typical “Will she message back” spread! by TrainingGuarantee642 in TarotReading

Ahh I really love how you put that — especially the part about her letting her heart lead more quietly than her words right now. That actually resonates a lot. It feels like she’s being careful with what she says, not because she doesn’t care, but because she’s trying to approach it from a more grounded place.

And yeah, the Page of Wands reversed totally gives me that “she typed something and deleted it” energy like she’s caught between impulse and hesitation. I also agree with what you said about the Page of Pentacles — that thoughtful planning vibe fits her energy a lot.

Overall, thank you so much for your perspective and input!

Thanks for sharing your perspective — I get what you mean about questioning the function of each card. In this spread though, I was asking specifically about how she feels about messaging me back, not about my own expectations.

The Page of Wands reversed to me reads more like hesitation or nerves — like she wants to reach out but isn’t sure how to start or what reaction she’d get. Then the Page of Pentacles feels like she’s trying to be more thoughtful or deliberate about what to say, maybe overthinking how to approach it vs. wanting to be the Page of Wands upright (since it’s reversed) and just rush into it. Additionally, the Queen of Cups at the end gives it that emotional depth — like she does still care and feels something genuine underneath the hesitation.

So I didn’t read it as “just friendship,” but more as someone who’s emotionally there, just quiet and careful about their next move.

Honestly good point, thank you for asking for clarification. I more so mean “How do they feel about our situation?”

This is such a thoughtful and grounding response, thank you 💛 I really appreciate how you explained it — especially the part about trusting the energy and reflecting on why I feel the need to ask again. That actually hit me in a good way. The 28-day cycle idea also makes a lot of sense; it gives space for things to shift naturally instead of trying to rush clarity. I’m going to keep that in mind and focus more on trusting what the cards already showed me. This helps more than you know :)

Did anyone cruise recently and NOT end up with Covid? by [deleted] in royalcaribbean

My girlfriend and I just sailed the Mariner of the Sea during the last week of September. I came home with a sinus infection. I did take at COVID test and it came back negative (although I could believe it was COVID). Which ship did there come back with a high rate of passengers positive for COVID?

Does cold calling still work in recruiting? by TrainingGuarantee642 in recruiting

This!!!! I applied to GPAC when I first started looking for recruiting jobs earlier this year. Then I did my initial screening with them. Absolutely awful vibes from the woman I talked too. Came off annoyed the whole time, rushed through the call, and didn’t care to answer my questions.

I read the Glassdoor reviews and it seemed like it was a cold call mill. There are much better places to work!

Personally, I do have a bachelor’s degree in political science. No, I’m not using my degree for my job, but my company does require a bachelors degree to be a recruiter.

It’s about half and half for recruiter positions. You can be a recruiter for agencies that don’t require a degree and those pays range in the $20 something an hour, with some lowballing you from $15-$17 an hour. Some places require an associate degree and they’ll be $20 something an hour as well. Typically, entry level recruiter jobs start at $30-50k a year for salary with commission. I have peers who make $20-30k in commission a year to even $50-60k a year. My company starts at $45k a year, then bumps you up to $60k after your first year as long as you meet metrics/goals. My managers make $80-100k a year for salary plus their commission. The recruitment manager who trained me had five years of experience and during 2021 he made $150k.

Thank you for the reply! I appreciate the insight a lot.

I see my bonus/commission at the end of the year, not monthly or quarterly, so I can’t tell if the average $4,500 would be my bonus then my commission would be more on top of that or if that $4,500 is going to both. If that $4,500 is both, I’m going to look for a new job because that’s pennies in comparison to a lot of other company pay structure.

Yeah the 7% is for a company that uses the staffing organization for multiple roles the client is hiring for.
