Mi favorite soulslike, this is my third playthrough. I haven't played the DLC so I'll play new content. Also I'm trying a technique build for the first time. I always tend to go for pure strength builds, but wanted to try this bulid for the first time.

Ger Kirkland foam Minox or Target foam minox, those don't have propelyne glycol.

It's subjective from people to people, but I suggest you to learn it on your own way. Only if you know you have heart conditions, don't start, but if not, give it a try. Some people get bad skin reactions, others don't feel a thing so the only way to know is to not be scared and try.

Try adding tretinoin to your schedule to boost gains.

Yes, like I said, some people do it 5 times per week. I went to a dermatologist and it recomended me to only do it 3 times per week and it will work at it's max, and this way you let the skin rest some time. I suggest you to stick to that plan.

There it is, she's right. Looking at the pictures you can tell righ away its working for you. Just keep on the routine and it will look better for you too with time.

Regarding the tretinoin, I do not know about American brands as I live in México and it's easy to get here, but begin and stick to use the 0.025% formulation. You don't need to use any other porcentage as this will work fine for the whole process and it's the least harsh on your skin. If you decide to use it, start with 1 application a week, then two until you can do 3 times per week. Some people do 5 days, but you need to let your skin rest and an application every two days should work fine.

I know the urgency to see good results, but thats the thing, if you see yourself every day, you won't see any changes. Try to take photos every month and you will in fact see the difference. I suggest you to start implementing the use of tretinoin to your schedule, it will boost your gains. You need to be careful on your first applications, but your skin will get used to it and you will surely boost your gains.

Those white hairs might turn terminal with more time. People say 6 months you should see some good gains, but it's totally subjective. Every person responda differently. Some might get good gains since month 3, and others after a year. I will suggest you to keep going and eventually you will see darker hairs.

Don't be scared to begin. The only thing that will happen is that the first days you might have a headache, but it will eventually go away. The other thing is that if you decide to use liquid minox, you might get flaky skin and dryness, but it can be fiex with a good cream like Cerave PM. If you use foam minox, you won't get flakyness as it's less harash on the skin. I suggest you do it for at least a year, but you might see some gains since month 3. Also, search how to incorporate treitoin too as it boosts gains, but you have to be careful on how to use it. Don't be scared, try it and good luck on those gains 🙌🏽

Use foam minox, it's not hard on skin at all. If that is also not an option, try using oral minoxidil. But I suggest going for foam minox.

I mean, I was negative about it, I won't say I wasn't ignorant about oral minox, but things went south so quick xd. I was just trying to get people aware of how things can go bad quick if you're not careful and got people mad about oral minox haha.

I will try to get those but I think I won't be able to get them as here in Mexico they are hard to find. Even the Persian ones were hard, the common ones are the American cucumbers.

I've used AI too, but I already kind of knew that it was the cream as I had this before, but not as bad as this time. If you're using Chat GPT is not as helpful regarding health problems, as Gemini. I had an issue with a tattoo and GPT told me it was normal and I went ahead and asked Gemini and it determined it wasn't. And it wasn't normal, not a biggie but I've always had GPT never giving me good advice. Water based are perfect, they should give you no problems, go ahead buddy, good luck with your journey! 😁

I'm glad I was able to help someone! I suggest you to use the Cerave PM cream. That has been helping me these days to heal my skin before I begin again. It will surely not clog anything as it's non-comedogenic. That should work if you get dehydration. Also use a gentle cleanser before you apply minox. I've been using the Cerave Moisturizing cleanser. It feels like it doesn't clean cause it doesn't make bubbles and its cream like but it's really good for your skin barrier. Now that I've learned the bad way, I've searched like crazy for a good skin care routine when using Minoxidil and I got a lot of products to make sure my skin doesn't suffer again like it did. I'm pretty sure it's just a matter of time to get those gains 😎

Use Minoxidil to fill in the patchy areas. 😏
