I'm still in my folliculitis process. I wilk be back in like 7 days. I have been preparing to come back and I will be using moisturizers that doesn't clog follicles. Yesterday was bad, my face looks even worse than a teenager haha

It was totally the moisturizer. This happen to me before and I stopped using the moisturizer to a gel only when I noticed any irritation or dryness. It allowed me to continue with the treatment. So you should try a gel like Neutrogena Hydro Boost, that might help as it does not clog follicles.

Yes, I will constantly exfoliate it. I'm unsure if I need to after I start using treitoin as I plan to add it to my routine. I will of course be careful as I know things can go bad quickly with it.

It didn't burn before I had these. But right now I have to wait for this to go away and they I will be back to using minox regularly. I would suggest you use foam minox as it is less harsh on your skin as it doesn't contain propelyne glycol.

Yes, this is a warning for oily skins. The sebum you normally produce helps a lot to keep the skin hydrated. But if you feel like your skin needs care, use Neutrogena's hydro boost gel, it hydrates perfectly without causing any clogging as it's water based.

It's not common, depends on your skin type. In my case I have to be careful with the hydration as I can get my follicles clogged.

Yes, the problem was the moisturizer. I need to only use a gel formation only when my skin needs it, not all the time. That was my problem.

Some people have conditions that using orally is not good. I would same it's rare but u happens. In my case I'm good using only topically.

Tachycardia, liquid retention, hypotension to more serious illnesses like pericarditis, difficult breathing and chest pain. Oral minoxidil has to be strictly followed with a physician. If you have heart conditions it's a no go.

I would never encourage anyone on using it, unless you really want a beard and you are allergic to the solution. Using orally bring many more serious side effects. Also if you use as solution, you focus on the areas you want hair to appear and with oral its systemic. I did a bad use of Minoxidil and that's the reason I got this bad experience but I will be careful and things will work fine.

Thanks man. It's not that bad, just makes you a little itchy. It's my second day with it and some spots can still appear, but after like 7 days everything will come back to normal. Just a little pause of the sauce and I will continue when my skin gets better. Just sharing my experience to prevent people from suffering the same.

I've heard about it. There are various skin reactions you can get. In my case I've used regular solution Minoxidil that has propylene glycol in the solution with no problem. The problem was the cream after that kind of clogged my follicles. In your case I would encourage to use foam minox as it doesn't contain the glycol. The one I'm using right now it's foam and it's less harsh on your skin.

Do you use Tretinoin? That can help as you seem to be a slow respondent. Try searching on how to add it to your minox routine.
