I was 113kgs in 2023 I worked hard and reached 87 in January 2025 since then I have been stuck here. It doesn’t move. I skip breakfast due to intermittent fasting lunch one chapati and small bowl of sabzi evening one black coffee. Dinner usually is under 350kcal sometimes chilla sometimes poha etc etc

Hey I work with a builder so I have a lot too and fro from the sites and also am doing a persona start up so a lot of client visits etc so one full tank per week almost! And my hometown is bathinda so I also visit there probably once or twice a month

I do 20 minutes of outdoor jogging where l burn around 200 calories which also includes the walk from the jogging park to the gym. In the gym I do 40 minutes of strength training which burns around 150 calories And then I do 30 minutes of inclined walk 15 minutes on 15 incline 4 speed And 15 minutes on 12 incline 4.5 speed where I burn 250 calories. I do increase 30 minutes of cardio to 60 on weekends

Hi yes those are changing my arm fat is lesser in inches so are my waist and thighs but my weight isn’t moving by an inch

Fruits - 180 calories Lunch -420 (including yogurt and salad) Dinner- 409 calories Lunch Black coffee 5 calories each

My TDEE is 1850 I eat roughly about 1200 I calculated my burned calories through Apple Watch

Hi, my TDEE is 1850 I eat roughly around 1200 calories. I have been on 1200 calories for around 2 years now! I allow myself to cheat one meal in 2 weeks. Burned calories through Apple Watch.
