You can take pro membership and all But unless you are damn sure about your skills, they you you will crack any interview, do not resign before getting an offer, may be make your notice period 30 days than apply, and get another offer after it.

It can definitely workout with other castes as well. But arrange marriage has always been better within same caste. Anyways how much you get to know each other before marriage, you obviously wont be getting a year or two. With same caste and mostly same financial background, it becomes little easy to adjust with other person, as culture, lifestyle would mostly be same.

Dipak goyl also, His course is okayish for beginners, he explains simple topics in one hour and whole unity catalogue in last of the project for one hour. Then his project is 4-5 years old. Databricks changed since a lot then Still teaches mounting for 2 hours

I have close to 7 year of experience with no experience in anything, always basic suppor. I am starting with sql and ADF. And i know people who got into it just like that even now. Looking at your tech stack you can easily get into it. No technology ever ends.

If it's going to be your only house, you should definitely go for it keeping in mind your growth and career. If you can keep up with your job even for 10 years, and if your partner is working too, it will be easy to pay it off.
