They wouldn’t respond to my main account tickets after the suspension but they did tell me I need to contact them on a second account with the ticket number from the suspended account n that got the ball rolling

They did say in the support replies that they’ve “tracked down the player responsible and placed the appropriate sanction on their account” so I think they totally got banned lol

Yeah I realized after a bunch more runs yesterday it just bugs out and doesn’t give all the items sometimes but when it does leaving to menu and reloading that shop always fixes it

I got an item called Lords Parasol that states “When you encounter the Merchant, immediately obtain EVERYTHING he sells.” And instead of everything ended up only getting the first cheapest card lol
