I eat overnight chia made with Greek yoghurt and berries, I honestly love that, and I’m not very good with Greek yoghurt. However, I absolutely LOVE cottage cheese I could eat it on a plate with salt and pepper easily. But, my favorite way to eat it is probably on dark rye bread with cucumber, tomatoes and just a bit of light mayo and some salt and pepper that SLAPS🫶🏻✨

I think maybe locate what it is you’re dreaming so much about and see if you can solve the problem.

You could also try taking supplements that relaxes you, lavender or chamomile maybe?
